Consent Request

According to General Data Protection Regulation, the company responsible, Peter & Jane Richards, Lda., NIF 503 551 643, headquartered at Av. Torres do Marco nº 55, 4630-209 Marco de Canaveses and branch at Rua Engº Adelino Amaro da Costa, nº68, 4575-063 Alpendorada e Matos, elected the collaborator Anabela Costa Pereira, as responsible and in charge of the collection, processing and protection of their data.

The collected data (Name, Gender, Age, Address, email, telephone number, NIF and CC number) are intended for student registration and billing. This data may be provided to other entities, namely our accounting firm CMBabo, Knightsbridge Examination & Training centre, Cambridge Assessment School, Travel Agencies, Accommodation, Airlines and Transport. They may also be used for customer support and marketing purposes (communication of information related to cliftoncollege.pt brand products and services). They will be kept in our database for the duration of their stay at the institute and until their cancellation by the data subject, thus being able to change or withdraw their consent at any time. To change or delete your data you must send an email to geral@cliftoncollege.pt to request the same. All your data will be removed from the cliftoncollege.pt database and will no longer be used from this moment on.
