ADULT COURSES

These courses are structured according to the levels of the students. The classes are planned with interesting and relevant topics for Adults in order to be able to develop their learning in a motivating and pleasant way. The main objective is oral communication and peer interaction is fundamental.

LEARNING LEVELS (as per CEFR):

LEVEL A1 (Initiation) – Students should be able to recognize simple expressions of common use and be able to communicate in the same way.

LEVEL A2 (Elementary) – Students should be able to master the basics of English and be able to communicate simple and basic needs.

LEVEL B1 (Pre-Intermediate / Intermediate) – This level has two phases but at the end of the second, students should be able to use their knowledge independently, both at oral and writing level, in their daily routine and in their work.

LEVEL B2 (Upper Intermediate) – Students will have a level of English that will allow them to understand long and complex exhibitions and communicate accurately and spontaneously, orally and in writing, in day-to-day and professional situations.

LEVEL C1 (Advanced) – Students will be able to use the language flexibly, effectively and fluently, for social, academic and professional purposes.

LEVEL C2 (Proficiency) – Students will be able to express themselves fluently and naturally in any type of situation – social, academic or professional – without effort or difficulty.

All these levels correspond to a minimum package of 64 hours, some of which can reach 96 hours. These courses do not follow the academic path (obtaining Cambridge certificates) but will be issued study or attendance certificates, depending on whether or not they successfully complete levels.
